Grapes: 60% Barbera/ 40% Croatina. A crunchy, earthy, rustic Lambrusco alternative with notes of cherry, plum and blackberry. Grapes are harvested in September by hand. Destemmed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel. 5-15 day maceration, then bottled to complete fermentation.

Grapes: 100% Xynisteri. Lemons on the nose develop into fresh pineapple and other tropicalia on the palate. Hand harvested from up to 70 year old vines in limestone soil.

Grapes: 50% Scheurebe, 40% Müller-Thurgau, 10% Gelber Muskateller. Despite its light color, this orange wine spends 14 days on the skins in stainless steel and is bottled unfiltered. Fresh, lively acidity dapples the tongue with lemon, grapefruit and peach flowers followed by a lush, round finish.

Grapes: 49% Vidal blanc, 31% Petit Manseng, 8% Chambourcin, 8% Noiret, 4% Traminette. Fresh strawberry and watermelon rind wash excitedly over the palate, giving way to wet rocks and a clean finish.
